This page explains how Home on Canvas uses your information to create your portrait, fulfill your order, and help you with questions.

Photos and portrait creation

We use the photos you upload to create your custom home portrait and fulfill your order. We also keep copies of your reference photos and artwork proofs to manage revisions and provide customer support.

Your photos are shared only with service providers who help us create and deliver your portrait. We do not use your photos or artwork for marketing without your permission.

Checkout and fulfillment

Checkout collects your email, shipping information, print choices, optional caption, and optional package note. Stripe processes payments and receives checkout details and references to the uploaded photos. Card payment information is handled by Stripe.

A confirmed payment creates or reuses an account associated with your checkout email and saves the order. We share the approved print artwork, delivery details, and any package note with our print fulfillment provider to produce and deliver your order. Our email service sends order messages, tracking notifications, and sign-in links.

Payment does not sign you in. Access to your order history requires an email sign-in.

Contact and analytics

Contact form messages are used to respond to your request. The site can use Google Analytics and Mixpanel when configured to understand page visits and website interactions. Your reference photo, caption, and package note are not included in our custom analytics events.
