How is my house portrait made?
Upload a clear photo of your home and choose watercolor or black-and-white sketch. An artist will create your portrait, then we personally review the artwork before emailing your proof package within 24 hours of purchase.
When will I see my portrait?
Your personalized proof package arrives by email within 24 hours of purchase. The gallery shows style examples to help you choose; your own artwork is created after ordering. The 24-hour promise covers your proof, not delivery of your physical print.
How do I approve the proof?
Review the artwork and caption, then reply to the proof email to approve it or tell us what needs changing. We print and ship only after you approve.
Can I add a name or address?
Yes. Add an optional family name, home address, or date as a caption. A separate package note can be added at checkout.
What can I print my portrait on?
Choose a canvas print or paper print, with optional black, white, barnwood, or gold framing for paper. Sizes are 8x10, 11x14, and 16x20 inches, in portrait or landscape orientation. Switch between inches and centimeters to view size labels.
Do you ship to the USA and Canada?
Yes. We offer free shipping to the US and Canada and checkout in USD or CAD. Your print is made to order in North America and shipped domestically with tracking. Printing starts after you approve your proof; production and carrier delivery take additional time.
What does your satisfaction guarantee cover?
Your print is protected by our 30-day quality guarantee. If it arrives damaged or has a production defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. Is a tree planted for every print?
Yes. Every physical print we fulfill supports planting one tree through the tree-planting program included with its production. Multiple prints mean multiple trees.
Do I need an account to order?
No sign-in is required to upload your photo or check out. After payment, we create or use an account for your order. You can sign in later with your email.
