How do I approve the proof?
Review the artwork and caption, then reply to the proof email to approve it or tell us what needs changing. We print and ship only after you approve.
Can I add a name or address?
Yes. Add an optional family name, home address, or date as a caption. A separate package note can be added at checkout.
What can I print my portrait on?
Choose a canvas print or paper print, with optional black, white, barnwood, or gold framing for paper. Sizes are 8x10, 11x14, and 16x20 inches, in portrait or landscape orientation. Switch between inches and centimeters to view size labels.
Do you ship to the USA and Canada?
Yes. We offer free shipping to the US and Canada and checkout in USD or CAD. Your print is made to order in North America and shipped domestically with tracking. Printing starts after you approve your proof; production and carrier delivery take additional time.

Your print is protected by our 30-day quality guarantee. If it arrives damaged or has a production defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
