Can you remove unwanted objects or adjust the background?
Contact us with your request, or include it when replying to your proof email. We review requests such as removing a parked car or simplifying the surroundings and check what is possible from your photo. You can review the result in your emailed proof before printing.
What if I want changes to my first proof?
Reply to your proof email with the details you would like adjusted. Reasonable revisions are included without a fixed limit, within the original home photo, selected style, and portrait brief. We work with you on those details and print only after you approve. A different home or a substantially new brief may require a new order; contact us to discuss it.

Watercolor uses soft color washes for a warm, expressive house portrait. Black-and-white sketch emphasizes architectural lines and detail in a neutral palette. Both are created from your photo and can be printed on canvas or paper. The style examples help you choose the look you prefer.

Shipping follows production and typically takes 1–3 business days to eastern US and Canadian destinations, or 3–5 to western destinations. Remote and air-service destinations may take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; your emailed proof still arrives within 24 hours of purchase. We email tracking when your print ships.
